I have visited this bar many times. The food is always good. I've never experienced poor service. I believe almost any business can "Have a bad day." Based on my many visits I can't believe the poor service mentioned in a few reviews is the norm as I've never seen it. My only complaint .....when busy the noise level is uncomfortable.

Really good TV setup, a lot of other places should follow suit since you get a great view from anywhere. Been here several times and the main bartender remembered me after only a couple visits. Bartenders are knowledgeable about their beer and they have some good selections. Probably around 25 on tap with a few rotators. Food is decent, wings are really good esp for bar food.

Jackson's is absolutely my "go-to" Sports Bar! My boyfriend and I love watching the Bronco's games at Jackson's. On Sunday's we'll come in around 11am to catch the early football games (they have them all showing which is awesome) and we'll end up hanging out all day. The food is killer! Personal favorites are the buffalo chicken wrap and the steakhouse burger. The wings are also fantastic, and they have a very unique variety of sauces to choose from. We've also come in for the beer pong tournament on Friday nights and trivia on Thursday nights. Both were a blast! The staff is always incredibly friendly and prompt. We've been in at least 30 times over the past year or so, and will be going back just as often in the future.

Great food with a lot of televisions. Good value for the money with a decent beer selection. Frisco burger is my favorite.

Great to have this bar close to home. Tons of TVs for all the games, specials all the time, Golden Tee, pool table, and trivia. Wings are my personal favorite there but the burgers are pretty tasty too. Worth checking out if in the area.

Updating this review due to the great service I have received the past two times I have been here. The increased decoration is a nice touch as well.

Update to my previous review. While getting gas on Arapahoe, I saw enough cars @ Jackson's that I decided to stop in. As other reviewers say, it's a sports bar. The beer selection is good with a number of Colorado beers on tap. I didn't try the food, but asked someone at the bar what they thought of the wings he was eating & he said they were good. If you're looking for TV's & beers in Arapahoe & I-25 area, you have another choice. For me, it's a meh...

A modern interpretation of the American bar. Tubes of 100 ounces of beer on every table with wings and burgers for all. It's loud, it's fun and it just opened.

Arrived at 11 for lunch. Got a menu from the hostess and sat at the bar. Waited ten minutes, no service, no acknowledgement, four waitresses hanging out at the reception area watching TV. I left. Only one other guy in the entire restaurant. Will undoubtedly be out of business soon.

Went here right after they opened on a Sunday for the Nuggets and Broncos games. Waiter was slow and lackluster and the food was just OK. They do have good beer on tap though and quite a few TVs. The space itself is large but feels really empty. Maybe they'll get busier on other days or will continue to as they are open longer.

Good selection of beers, big TVs and average bar food. Lousy service. I was hoping for more but, unfortunately, this place is not anything special.

I previously reviewed this place during World Cup games, but had an experience tonight that will make me never return. I went on a Wednesday night around 7:30pm to grab a quick dinner and drink at the bar as a female by myself. I ordered quickly, and by the time my food arrived, a group of about 10 guys, overweight immature 30-something's, were screaming profanities loudly at the bar booth behind me, droning on bitterly about women who wouldn't sleep with them and their drug use. This went on for an hour after I complained multiple times to the bartender, who claimed they couldn't hear anything. They finally said something to that group, after serving them multiple rounds of shots and drinks, and the group directed their attention towards me, crashing into the back of my chair repeatedly and screaming even more inappropriate direct comments at me. I asked to speak to a manager, and the guy heard me out, but invalidated everything I said claiming he knew this group of regulars and they never act like that. All of this at a Centennial suburb 'bar and grill' well before 9pm on a weekday. The manager is a joke, the employees don't care about professionalism, quality or safety, and apparently they just want to run up big group bar tabs! Hopefully the corporate entity will look into this nonsense. I'll spend my money and dinner outings elsewhere. If I could give zero stars for this review, I would.

Our server was pretty good, but it was way too loud; I could barely hear my companions across the table from me. The food was average bar food - not good but not terrible either. It's in the old Souper Salad location, and the renovation seems stark and out of place. I'd be surprised if this location is there in a couple years.

Sports bars are everywhere, a dime-a-dozen so it takes something extra special to stand out as a sports bar serving American fare. Well, welcome to Jackson's! Nachos? Amazing and HUGE! Burgers? Awesome. And their pizza?! Fantastic. Their food is always good, always tasty, always prepared like you want it. Their street tacos are great too - everything I've had is really, REALLY good. The staff is great - the managers are from MA, so I was instantly a fan! But the whole place is just great. Plus they have TVs everywhere and will gladly put on the game of your choice. And their prices are totally reasonable. Highly recommended!

This started at Pete's Coffee on Arapaho where I went in after I found that Five Star Burger had closed down. The very nice gals there made a an amazing Late for me and then after hearing my story suggested that we try Jackson's. I along with my Boyfriend and his 15 year old son who love to eat went in. Our waitress was super sweet and very efficient! WOOOOOW AMAZING! The atmosphere was great but I can't explain the taste and sensation we experienced when trying out their burgers. All I can say is 7939 E. Arapahoe Rd. GPS right now. If it's Monday you can take a friend for a BOGO Burger!!!!! THANK YOU GIRLS AT PETES COFFEE!!!

I went to Jacksons for lunch for the first time as a business lunch meeting, it's in a very busy part of town with lots of businesses operating out of the tech center making it a premiere location. We walked right in with no wait (keep in mind, its lunch, there shouldn't be a wait.) The staff was friendly and they sat us immediately. After looking at the menu it was fair priced, a little pricey for lunch perhaps. Prices were about $8-12 plate, appetizers were from $4-7. I had the Jacksons Speciality Steak Sandwich ($12 - medium cooked), an onion ring tower for a starter ($7 - appetizer), and the house salad as my side. The food came out extremely quick, maybe only 10-15 minutes after our drinks were served and we had ordered, our tab included appetizers (onion ring tower and some hot wings served as appetizers), 2 salads, 1 fajitas plate, 1 steak sandwich plate. The onion ring tower was exactly that, a plate with a long metal rod in the middle that went about 10 inches up, and it was full with onion rings. About 12-15 onion rings. They were perfectly cooked, tasted fantastic. They held a light seasoning to them which was not over powering and tasted good. The rings had a perfect texture and ratio of crunchy on the outside but now over cooked. The plate came out with ranch and chipolte ranch for dipping in. Everything about this appetizer was outstanding. I would recommend this plate. The steak sandwich was quite good as well. Served on a long focaccia bread which was nicely toasted, there was a little blue cheese but not over powering and grilled onions and peppers to accompany the steak. They seemed a little under cooked and crunchy. Although I'm usually all for big portions, I did not eat all of the onions and peppers. The steak however, was super tender but over cooked (more medium-well/well). The sandwich because of its narrow breading, had to be eaten with a fork and knife. The sandwich over all was still very good and I would order it again, with rare steak. The salad was nothing to special, it was lettuce, croutons, and your choice of dressing. The usual stuff. However a colleague got the curly fries, and while I didn't taste them - I regret my healthier choice over those or the sweat potato fries. Over all... Jacksons serves good food. The staff, while much older than I would expect in a sports bar, was very prompt. Although they were prompt, the interactions with them felt more like a (our waiter who took our order excluded) "mom and pop - what do ya want" style of interaction. I would recommend Jacksons to friends, its central location, fair priced food, and good flavor all make it a good place to conduct business in a less formal and much cheaper environment.

I've been in here once before. Today I stopped in because they brought the best food to Summerfest at the Landmark yesterday. I tried the wings and they were probably the best I've had in a long, long time--fried to crispy perfection and on the small side (I despise jumbo wings). They offer a lot of sauces and both sauces I tried were delicious. Both times I have visited they have offered a creative daily special menu (first Irish themes for St. Paddy's, today USA and Brazillian themed for the World Cup). Overall, they do a great job...a very nice addition to the DTC sports bar scene.

Decent food, but good service. My wife had a salad that she thought was great, I had the pizza and it was ok. The pizza was pretty bland, and average. I wouldn't recommend it. But there were plenty of things on the menu I could have gotten that people loved. I wasnt too hungry when we were there and that's why I'm not dogging my choice of food. We have been there a few times, and have always had great service, much better than most places around there. The night we were there they had bingo, and that was fun, but loud and a little obtrusive. We will definitely go back for food and drinks again, Ill just try something they are better known for.

We always love coming to Jackson's. Service is good to great. Saturday night is Trivia night which is very fun. Lots of TV's and they are good about moving games around so you can watch the game you want. Food is good. I love the Buffalo Chicken Salad with grilled chicken. Burgers are good as well. Do not leave without having the Funnel Cake Fries. They are amazing!

Came here Thursday for trivia night at 8pm, it was fun and the food was good. I had the boneless wings and they had plenty of flavor. There are a ton of TV's here too and they're willing to change channels to accommodate what you want to watch. I'll be coming back for sure!

Gorgeous bar with a great staff. Spacious. Fun crowd. Beer Olympics takes place here on Saturdays. Food is pretty good for typical bar food. I'd definitely come back here to watch some games and grab a bite.

I only had 2 beers here but the service was awful. I was sat at a table and for 10 minutes, no service. So I walk to the bar order a drink and go sit back down at my table. THEN a server notices me and wants the ticket transferred to her but is rude to me the whole time I'm there.

Horrible service! Came here for lunch with my coworker. We walked in stood at the counter where a server was putting in an order, the server did not greet us or even look up at us to acknowledge that we were there. Then we had to ask if it was open seating she says no a hostess will be with you! So rude!! We finally get sat by the hostess. We are sitting there for 5 min and no server in sight, the hostess finally took our drink order. Then the server comes over and it's the rude lady from when we walked it. She then decided to be nice to is since we were sat in her area. Asked for a side of ranch which I never got. She never refilled our drinks and only asked how everything was when our meal was almost over. I understand you're busy but come on! Won't be back I'll tell u that! This server needs some serious customer service classes!
